Short Terms and Conditions – sleepomat BNB By completing a booking, a binding rental agreement for the temporary use of a holiday apartment is concluded. The apartment may be used exclusively for private accommodation by the registered guests. Parties, events, celebrations, and any form of commercial use, in particular prostitution, are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours apply daily from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, on the balcony or terrace if available. Incense sticks, incense candles, or any form of burning incense are strictly forbidden. All trash must be disposed of before departure at the location described in the guestbook. The apartment, furnishings, and especially the kitchen must be treated with care. Excessive soiling, for example grease or oil splashes on walls caused by improper cooking, must be avoided. In the event of violations, additional charges may apply, including but not limited to: Smoking inside the apartment: €150 cleaning fee Wall damage or heavy soiling requiring repainting: up to €200 In cases of serious or repeated violations, the host reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately without refund. Further claims for damages remain expressly reserved. German law shall apply.
