Rules

House Rules – sleepomat BNB

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and to maintain the condition and quality of our apartments, we kindly ask you to comply with the following house rules:

1. Use of the Apartment The apartment is provided exclusively for private accommodation of the registered guests. Parties, events, celebrations, and any form of commercial use, in particular prostitution, are strictly prohibited.

2. Quiet Hours For the consideration of all residents, quiet hours apply daily from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, noise of any kind must be kept to a minimum.

3. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, on the balcony or terrace if available. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. In case of violation, a cleaning fee of €150 will be charged.

4. Prohibition of Incense and Burning Materials The use of incense sticks, incense candles, scented charcoal, or any similar burning materials is strictly prohibited, regardless of duration or intensity.

5. Cooking and Use of the Kitchen When cooking, please ensure that walls, ceilings, and furnishings are not soiled by grease or oil splashes. Please use the extractor hood where provided and handle all kitchen equipment with care. If walls are soiled due to improper use, cleaning or repair costs will be charged. If repainting is required, a cost fee of €200 will be charged.

6. Waste Disposal All waste must be disposed of properly before departure. The waste disposal area is located at the place described in the guestbook. Failure to dispose of waste may result in additional cleaning charges.

7. Care and Responsibility The apartment and all furnishings must be treated with care. Any damage or extraordinary soiling must be reported immediately.

8. Consequences of Violations In the event of serious or repeated violations of these house rules, the host reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately without refund. Further claims for cleaning, repair, or damages remain expressly reserved.
